My experience with this firm was positive. My attorney was J.M Correll. He was very straight forward with what he needed from me and how the case should go. I liked the availability of Mr.Correll. If he was in the office he was available for consultation without any strict appointment times. There were no additional fees everytime i stepped foot in his office like other attorneys tend to do. Never waited more then 10 minutes to speak with him. He was straight forward on the cost to hire him, which was very reasonable for the area. My case was settled on my first court date. There were no unnecessary continuances that would waste my time or cost me more money in court fees, processing fees, attorney fees, etc. I would personally recommend Mr. Correll to anyone in the area. Overall I feel like he was fair and he delivered the outcome that he said he would on day one.

I had moved out of state and had a court date. I had searched and called several attorneys to try to get it continued until I was able to financially return to go to my court date. Trish was the only one to call me back (at 8 o'clock on the right before I was supposed to be in court). She said not to worry she already had me listed on Mike SR. Case list for continuances and they would contact me as soon as they had my court date. I've since used him for a couple of traffic tickets and could not be happier. Very very communicative and straight forward knowledgeable polite and efficient. This is my first time having to get a lawyer for a criminal matter (hopefully my last tooth) but if I ever needed one in Caldwell county again I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call.

Mike Correll ( young)..forgot about my.court case that in turn kept me from seeing.my son in prison.i hadn't seen him in over a.year and on 10 10 24 all alone it breaks my heart that I couldn't be by his side

Great Lenoir location walking distance from the Caldwell County Courthouse. This father and son are from Caldwell County. They are very knowledgeable, very hardworking and very dedicated. They both have helped me so much over the years. I appreciate them being here in my hometown.

We sat all day waiting while he came and left the courtroom to handle another case. He sent a couple of his clients home before leaving but didn't say one word to my daughter n law. She sat in court all day waiting for him to return, but he never returned. After the end of court and all other cases were heard, she was told that they would have her case postponed because he didn't return to court. He was very unprofessional, in my opinion. I hope that he is a better attorney than his first impression that he made on me. I will update.

I have an ongoing case and live an hour away. Correll Jr. I've met once. I'm disabled and have been in and out of hospital, admitted. I was admitted on my last court appearance in September, a day before court for 6 days. Ots one thing for one to say they are sick it's another to actually be in the hospital. You don't get admitted because you want to. During the entire time I've been diagnosed with illnesses I may well die from. I faxed hospital papers to get bench warrant lifted. It hasn't been. Mr Correll refuses to talk on phone. Rather wants me to call for "" 10 minutes to duscuss "" my case. And thos charge is partly do with my ex whom I've had to move more than 4xs. Because I'm assuming he's providing in as a public defended is concern is lacking.
