Just a terrible experience with this company. My condo in Brentwood randomly has water shut offs with very little to no warning. We lost hot water for three days in the winter and this company was very slow to fix the issue. Also front door has been broken for three months making it very difficult to have packages delivered. Took me MONTHS to get an electric charger for my Tesla after being told it would be no problem to install prior to purchasing the vehicle. AVOID if possible. Or better yet, don’t live in Brentwood - NOT worth the money.

I wish 0 stars was an option. Worst manage company in LA. Service requests not handled in a timely manner or at all, office requests or follow up’s wet poor to none. They hired people who carry gun & have no idea what they are doing. Very disappointed with Russel(owner) & employees extremely RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!

Avoid this "management" company. They do not make periodic property inspections as others do.
When you contact them regarding serious problems they ignore you.
Other condo owners have had similar experiences..
You have other choices.
