Received the most beautiful arrangement. Which promptly wilted and died within two days. No roses bloomed, every flower dipped down, which tells me they were likely old and kept alive in a refrigerator and couldn’t survive in my 68 degree house despite the fresh water and vitamin packet. Couldn’t be more disappointed.

Popped in on Mother’s Day while heading to Washington Memorial Park to place flowers at my mom’s grave. I’m not from the area and was hoping to find some silk flowers, but the customer service was disappointing. No greeting, no acknowledgment. One woman was counting money, another walked right by without saying a word. When I asked for help, I was pointed toward the flowers and told to “watch the broom” instead of just moving it out of the way.

I ended up leaving and buying flowers at Dollar Tree, where I was at least treated with basic respect. I prefer to spend my money where it’s appreciated—definitely won’t be back.
