I used Copyright to duplicate keys, print, copy, fax, package, and ship.
For anybody on the South side of 101, the shop is a faster stop than any other place in town. Without this place, you'd have to drive to Fairview or downtown, and that alone saves you so much time!
The lady that runs the place is a cool cat that figures out anything you need, and even does things over the phone so that you don't have to go into the shop unless you have to. She has always been very polite and accommodating.

I just got ripped off. It says 20c per minute and 20c per print. I was on the computer for less than 15 minutes and printed 2 sheets and she charged me $6. It should have been $3.40 Then charges me an extra $3.50 for one scan. Crazy expensive!! I won’t be back.

I was looking to have a Canadian Passport photo taken (the requirements are different than USA) and their website clearly states that they provide this service. I called to confirm and see if I needed and appointment and the person who answered said they do not provide that service and was rather rude that I even asked. If you do not provide the service - do not advertise it. At the very least be courteous and professional when dealing with potential customers.
