I’m very disappointed in the service I received from Consulting Services! The lack of professionalism and concern have been a challenge for me to accept! An apology goes a long ways! When I brought my concerns up they were dismissed! Now when my 2019 taxes are finally completed in Jan of 2021 with a $3500 refund error and no apology is given I find myself hurt and upset! A service was paid for! $275 to be exact! No stimulus received in Nov because taxes were not completed due to mis communication, lost emails and personal crisis on behalf of Tax Preparer! You hire a tax consultant to do your taxes because this is something that you do not specialize in and you expect them to be professional, efficient and organized! This office has been in business for many years, I’m sure with many Satisfied clients… unfortunately I am not one of them!

Norm Micke, Consulting Services has been preparing my taxes and advising me for over 25 years. He is honest, caring, and thorough. I tried another tax preparer once. I came back to do my business with Norm!

Was quoted 2 hours and have sat here for 4.5 hours waiting for him to peck at my return. During the entire visit Norman made uncomfortable comments about my income. Then billed me $720 after I was quoted no more than $350 over the phone.

During this time he signed his sons bday card, answered phones and signed checks while we sat there! He had to re-enter everything into his system 3 separate times and 4 hours later my birthday was still inaccurate! I had to advise him on which deductions I could take based on what turbotax advised me in the past. I am NEVER using this tax preparer again!
