I've never been to any other bank, let alone any business that has had such an amazing staff employed there. I've been banking there for years, and it didn't matter if it was a simply transaction, or a complicated issue that I needed help with, everyone there has always been extremely helpful, efficient, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I really can't say enough good things about the staff there. Thank you so much to everyone working there for making me feel both secure and extremely happy to be banking there!!!!

I am always HIGHLY impressed with Heritage. I have worked alongside Danalise and Elisha to get loans re-financed, modify accounts and more, and they always work incredibly fast, almost always having documents ready the next day. The rates we have gotten are cheaper than others we have had, and the ladies we have worked with have explained things very well in a way which was easy to understand. They make themselves easily available to meet and are very understanding of all of our needs. ALL of the employees are very kind and courteous, and remember who we are, which is very important for us. I can't how happy we are to utilize Heritage. ALWAYS hassle free and we feel at home banking there.

Since Heritage switched to Connexus, their communication is almost non-existent and terrible. Recently, when something wasn't right with my mobile deposit, they didn't even bother to email me or call me to let me know there was an issue. They only sent a message in the app, which is not an obvious place to receive that information. They also have made it impossible to directly contact your local branch and instead force customers to go through a call center for any issues/questions. They also took away the ability to access the bank credit card from the app. Instead, it's now necessary to either download a completely different app or visit a separate website. Overall, baking with Connexus is more complicated and not as customer-friendly. It's too bad the decision was made for Heritage to be bought out by Connexus. I'm really disappointed in my experiences.

Heritage Credit Union has always protected me and my money.

I did not know about this little bank in my town, and had not done much if any business with them prior to to receiving the loan that I did from them. I love the heart warming sensation when entering Heritage, because all the staff were smiling and greeted me like I had been doing business with them for years. They handled my loan request like they had been in my shoes with the same situation before. I had been in a position were I needed a vehicle, and I had been turned down before. They addressed the situation that was holding me back, and we struck a deal. Thank you again, and if anyone I know needs a good shove in the right direction, I will most definitely be sending them in your direction.

I worked with Elisha at the Ladysmith branch for our recent auto loan. She made the entire process very quick and easy. She took care of everything for us, so all we had to do was sign. She also offered us a great credit card to better suit our needs! She was very organized and helpful. I would recommend her/them for any/all of your financial needs.
