CMS has violated my rights as a homeowner. I requested to review our HOA bank accounts and they keep making up excuses not to produce those documents. Additionally, Reina stated to me that I would be charged $25 for those documents when I already pay$426 a month for my HOA payment. This company charges our HOA for every single letter printed and sent to homeowners. They are the only ones making money here. By the way once I served on the board and I watched CMS push all these vendors on us because I suspect there is some commission involved. I have the right to review those bank accounts as a member and homeowner to that property. I will seek legal representation. This company lacks transparency.

People who wants to hire them for property management need to be careful! This is a Very unprofessional company with low quality service. They might charge you cheap, but it will take you to a nightmare. This company as a management company doesn't help the customer solve problem, but making things more complicated. What they only know is threating and blaming the home owners like other people said. You can read the old reviews, too many to read though. Desiree Aubel the manager, yelled at me on the phone and being very bossy. Our house is a single family house with a slope. They told us the slope and the land is belong to HOA. She made us feel very uncomfortable and stressful(I guess this what they like to do). I am a general contractor who wants to do my side yard works. She tried to use her unknowledgeable construction to educate me. Now she is threating me with denying the work. I think my next step is getting an attorney involved for this. I will keep updating here.

Yvonne Neighbor is my condo representative and she is amazing! We needed information over the last month and she had been extremely responsive with information and set aside time for me to come into the office to purchase additional keys and other resources we needed. Please be sure to keep her on the team, she is awesome!!

My experience with CMS in the past two weeks has been beyond frustrating. Since 8/31 (it's now 9/16), I have written 5 emails and made two phone calls asking to be connected with a member of the HOA board reguards a concern in the common areas. My first email was promptly answered and they told me they would reach out to the HOA board who would call me directly. That did not happen. A week later, CMS writes an email to me stating they spoke to my son regarding the situation. I have no son, and I am not married. When I pointed this out, they have ghosted me ever sense. A few years ago, my neighbors garden had a water issue that damaged my home and their response was to take it up with the neighbor and go to court if needed. I just asked them to help us enforce the HOA rules about gardens to get it remedied.

I am failing to see why anyone would use CMS for their HOA needs. My experience has been less than stellar. And Ms. Nunez, if you are reading this post, just help me connect with my HOA board. Do your job!

I'd give zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service, zero follow through, zero communication. 6 weeks, numerous calls, numerous promises to repair a broken sprinkler head in a greenbelt area, which is directly outside my back fence, which is timed to turn on at 1220am. The amount of wasted water this company allowed us astounding, not to mention the alarm at hearing gallons and gallons of water splashing on to my patio 4 nights a week. 2 calls about a dead animal in my front yard and no reply. The account manager for my community starts work at 11am, the office is closed for an hour 12-1pm for lunch, office closed at 5pm. How can anything get done in the handful of hours they work? For anyone considering switching to this management company, do yourself a favor and run.

CMSs Frank has been professionally managing our commercial business park for yours. Frank is able to keep our cost down at the same time being compliance with all the needs, which is not an easy task. Hands down the best property manager I have worked with.

I noticed a five star review said our negative comments are because we have an ax to grind. Yes. We do. It's not one issue that led all of here it's a build up of cms feeding us dirt and expecting us to smile and say thank you. It's tiring. There's nothing that can be done but at least we know we are in good company with others who can say hey...we understand cause this has happened to us too. So this is my personal ax to grind and it's due time...

First off...I'm trying to remember that they have helped in a lot of positive ways such as sending emergency guys out when drains have become backed up, but this past year all the ones who helped have disappeared or are no longer in charge. I'm disappointed. Desiree who stood in for Kristina was the most rude person I've ever dealt with at CMS. She hung up on me. She made the issue with the dryer out to be something I was just wasting everyone's time on...cause why? I am the only one who calls she says..yeah and it's no wonder with this super customer service. The neighbors have given up. I get it. She's terrible. She needs a different line of work or some chill meds to make her more pleasant. Get help sis.

Kristina does amazing. I would have given one star had Kristina not been part of the company. She's always been helpful and POLITE. I definitely appreciate her at the forefront of our association issues.

All around tho... The pettiness of notifications about issues are ridiculous. They have the audacity to complain about something on my front porch when all the landscape looks like trash and dead leaves or dirt. Unbelievable. They take issue with the back alley parking but don't seem concerned about the random strangers who throw stuff into our garbage. I've seen other agencies get locks for their garbage dumpsters but CMS would rather be petty and send notifications about stuff that no one cares about. Good job guys. You give HOA a terrible rep.

Anyone looking into using them. Good luck. I hope they are better than the low standards set for HOAs these days.

I'd love to end this as if there was anything that could be changed but I see the HOA is basically the mafia for homeowners. There's no way to get any real change. We just pay our ever increasing dues and put up with them I guess.

Later on I'll include the pics of our fantastic courtyard and broken dryer they say I'm making up!

If I could give a half a star I would, they are by far the most unprofessional, problematic company, I’ve ever come in contact with from the property management to the accounting all of them incompetent and for lack of better words a sad terrible bunch of wanna be professionals that lack the tools needed to complete a thorough job. The worst customer services I’ve ever experienced.
We have terminated their services at the community I live in and look forward to working with a company that knows what they’re doing. I recommend never using them.
