We have been working with Computer Know How for years. They are always knowledgeable, helpful and consistent. Luke helped us figure out the right laptop for our needs after our old desktop was no longer usable. He retrieved old documents and helped us transfer them over as well. Answered all of our questions no matter how big or small. So thankful for his help and patience!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. I have no clue when it comes to computers but the guys here put me at ease showing me they knew how to fix my issue. They were prompt to fix it and upfront on costs. It didn't cost an arm and a leg either. I highly recommend them.
