This alarm company is a fraud.There customer service is horrible. So many supervisor but know one has the right answer. They put my husband on a contract with out his consent, but bill me. When i ask for a copy of the contract I notice my husband name was on the contract with no signature of his, some how they had my signature over his name. When i pointed this out they made their were going to make the correction in which i was not happy and but have not notified me. My husband DO NOt speak English and he NEVER spoke to any rsales rep. Is it this a FRAUD what they are doing? Its been almost 3 years i have been trying to fix this and still waiting for someone to call in regard to this matter. I have call so many times. And really no one can help me they say i have a contract. I have been paying because i dont want this to ruin my credit score .. It pisses me off that i can not speak to someone that knows what there doing. Is it this Faud? They removed my husband and left me with the bill. Doesn't a new contract should had been done with my consent if i want it to? Can they just removed people and add people to contracts with out thier knowledge? Can someone help me, please? I would like to take this to small claims? Do you guys think i have a chance? this is so stressfull it has got to the point where i hate this company beacuse of what i have been going through. I also understand theres other people out there with the semilar situation.. Can someone give me advise?
