Two weeks ago I had the honor of working with 3 Compel Groups and loved them all. Steve and Jamie attract great companies to their groups and the workshops were engaging and the CEO's especially weren't afraid to challenge and engage! I'm used to that and loved it. I make a great case for happiness at work. In addition Steve and I did a podcast together and had a lovely lunch where he shared many resources! And I got to see snow for the first time in many years! Long Island turned into a winter wonderland the first morning I set out to speak. Lovely! Thanks Compel CEO's.

Compel CEOs gave me a forum to work through my business challenges and to uncover many of the challenges hidden right before me. With the help of my peer CEOs I was able to get my business ready for sale and negotiate a great agreement for all. The lectures and issue processing further helped me become a better listener and increased my emotional IQ so that I became a better manager and servant-leader for my teams and partners.

Its a long journey and I still have a long way to go, but I never would have begun the journey if not for Steve and my peers in Compel.

As a communications-boosting professional speaker, it's been a pleasure to work with four of the Compel CEOs business leaders' groups in Zoom sessions across the Atlantic from London.
