On hold since 8 am only for the system to answer heard a "hello" then the lady hung up. It hangs up on you constantly I have every time you call the system will just hang up on you and hang up on you.

I'm dealing with a situation where somebody has opened a case with my information and some address in Modesto which I have not lived in Modesto I used to live in riverbank when I did live in Stanislaus county.

Due to this I am pending transfer from covered California back into Sacramento county but the Sacramento county shows that there's somebody using my personally identifiable information plus some different address in the system for Sacramento county which has not been closed.

Due to me not having access to the case number for the Stanislaus county account that exists there the case that exists there that I never opened and because I never opened it I do not have the case number nor the ivr PIN therefore when I go through to call into the system I cannot get through to close the account.

Their fraud phone number is completely bogus and doesn't work it also just directs you straight into a disconnected line.

I have called DHS civil rights and civil liberties and reported the issue to them too. Someone really needs to look into this county how is an account open there for years and years in my name with some different address that I've never lived in. And they say that there is another person on the case with the account when I have been living here for the past 5 years in the Sacramento county area. This also explains why I was never able to get any housing assistance in the Sacramento county area no matter how hard I tried. Up until today has been the first time I have been notified of such a case existing in another county.

There really should be more common sense built into these types of systems like an alert coming to your phone that lets you know if somebody has used your information and has opened an account in some other county or something like that coming to your email or coming to your address. Their exists no common sense into the systems and apparently it is impossible to even report it into the fraud line for this county because the fraud line no longer exist or never existed apparently.

Our Community Services Agency has a plethora of valuable resources to help the community.

Leave attitude (anger) & entitlement outside the door. You do have the time to wait...and you should wait as long as it takes to get help (any help) available.

The staff do not have "an attitude". Just very serious, while trying to serve/help so many at the same time.

The Community Services Agency provides basic information to the public...all the way up to full on emergency crisis response. The Agency can help, if allowed. They do care.

Caseworker isn't the brightest. Every time she calls me she sounds confused, and she takes too long to do her job properly. Priscilla Ramos is just awful.

In short, the worst customer service starts with the call center, you have to wait for more than 30 minutes if you are lucky because they are supposedly serving other customers, and your waiting time can be extended up to 60 minutes or they simply disconnect. the call, also do not waste your time calling customer service, they are not trained to solve any problem, they only take messages that they send to the social worker who has your case, so waste your time on a call, no, please, secondly let's talk about Go in person to make an application, the waiting time is more than an hour and the person at the entrance is not qualified to give any adequate information, what is happening with the service is getting worse every day, and we do not ask for anything for free. We all work and pay taxes and clearly we are paying the salary of those people who give us terrible attention, so what they are doing us is not a favor, it is our right to have decent attention and stop hiring mediocre staff.

I’ve been trying to reach a representative for over a month. I call at 8am, 9am, 10am etc and it’s basically so many people are calling so we aren’t answering the phones. Has anyone else had any luck? Are these people sitting around with their thumb up their holes asking for Advice thanks

Two stars mainly because the people who answered were VERY sweet and helpful. But the wait oh my Lord..... I could have done an entire rosary before they picked up. I called 4 days in a row 2 hour wait for everyday I called. When I finally got a pickup I explained what happened with the snap. Was told it would be taken care of in 10 days. 10 days pass and I call back with no update to the snap benefits or anyone I can talk to about it. Just noted down and will be called back..... I am still waiting for a call back on this

Why is there no place to stay for a homeless dad and his teen age son? Every shelter, every gov program and not one single one can offer any assistance in the form of a roof over a kids head. "Sorry, we don't have any services available. Call back in a month" I couldn't even pick up the box of food I got a referral for because they put the wrong date on the paper. Not that me and my kid are homeless because we were evicted by spiteful and evil landloard at the Driftwood trailer park in Modesto, and we're hungry living in my car and are broke til next month. Nobody really cares. There Is no actual help. Only lists of papers to provide, most of which they already have. I don't get how the governor can allocate billions toward homeless and yet there is no place available to house a child for the night. C'mon! What a crock.
