I have lived in Fairhope Falls West for the last 8 months. I am not sure what they spend our HOA money on. The common areas have foot tall weeds. They leave trash in the ponds. They do not hold the nieghbors accountable on keeping up their properties. Several of my nieghbors and I are concerned about how this neighborhood has been managed. I have asked wendy to fix it over and over and she does nothing. Do not use them.

Great office staff that was very attentive and returned my calls right away - Jenny at the front desk was especially polite and put me in touch with the right people.

They really went out of their way to provide multiple possible solutions and a timeline for each, particularly helpful was when they brought in Mr. Ken to help us decide which direction to take. I’m glad that we have them as a go to for our area.

What a team who so easily communicate what you need in a timely fashion. Jenny was able to quicky answer the questions we had without beating around the bushes or trying to sale us something we did not want. When there were issues that seemed complicated, she quickly brought in other resources to help answer big picture questions that we had.

When I called Community Management for help, I spoke with Krystal. She was no help at all. In fact she was very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. When it came to customer service she had none. In my opinion she has no purpose working at Community Management.
