Update: The website has been down for months whats up?
This is the worst HOA management company I've ever dealt with, not sure Why are they not hiring a new company? They need to maintain the paint through out, some of the balconies look like they are ready to fall down. This is ridiculous, Leibert needs to be replaced ,He's not even a realtor? Isnt that an AZ requirement for management companies for the owner to be a realtor? One more frivolous fine and I am suing (from the looks of it they don't need anymore lawsuits against them either)

Seriously, who is in charge of this place? I closed on my home almost two months ago and all attempted communication with this HOA “management company” has gone unanswered. I’ve called, emailed, and messaged through the online portal. Not a single response. How are homeowners supposed to feel owning a home in a community when the management company is so unresponsive? Ridiculous!

Katie Pogson is the only one in this office who actually gets anything done and cares about the homeowners. Thanks Katie for your help.

Very poor communication, we constantly deal with parking issues in this community and no one is nice enough to help or the phone line is always busy. when calling the Mobil number for leslie she was rude and hostile instead of understanding. Maybe if they were actually working and doing their job I would not have to call your cell which you freely gave out, no need to be rude.

I cannot believe how slow they are to respond or even acknowledge messages. Its impossible to get through to the Leslie, the manager for the community I live in. I've even tried to get help from others but their phone lines will also ring forever. They don't respond voice messages either. They also must not review accounts before they send the monthly statements out. They double charged my assessment for the month of May and they continue to add insurance fee that "should already be included in the assessment" Its highly unprofessional to send incorrect statements month after month.

ABSOLUTE WORST HOA EVER. I have lived in HOA communities my whole life. Never have I had to deal with anything like this. Not once has anyone ever answered my phone call. I have left countless messages, have not had a single one returned. Same with emails. My husband finally had to go to their office to get a response and they were blatantly rude and basically told him to leave. I would have never bought our condo knowing I would have to deal with these people.

This company is awful. I've been trying to get ahold of them for six weeks, and cannot. I've left phone messages, I've e-mailed, I sent them a physical letter. Last year they stopped taking my HOA fees from my account and so I haven't paid any in months. I can't figure out why. If you're a housing complex looking to hire someone to manage your HOA, do not hire this company, they make it impossible for homeowners to contact them to get payments through. Why are you making so hard for me to give you money!? If they try and charge me late fees I am going to point bank refuse.

First off, it should be noted that the only 5 star review on this site was submitted by the OWNER of this company, Jack Liebert (a clear conflict of interest).
I am shocked to say that my experience with this company has gotten even WORSE over the last few months. Since an HOA management co. is supposed to advocate for and in the best interest of the homeowners, there is an implied trust. Trusting them to act in my best interest has now cost me $2500 in attorney fees. They take weeks to respond to phone calls and never even bother responding to emails (perhaps to avoid putting anything in writing), all the while asking for my patience and promising me that they are in communication with the attorneys office and in the midst of “resolving” my issue. None of this was true and the ball had been completely dropped on their end. Every single follow-up conversation was initiated by ME and would often take a week or more to get them to answer the phone. I would be OK with this mistake if it was acknowledged but it hasn’t been. They simply pass the buck and plead ignorance. Totally unacceptable from a company entrusted with your most valuable investment, your HOME!
This is the WORST HOA management company I’ve ever dealt with (I’ve lived in three managed communities). Steer clear if you are shopping around. The communication is atrocious and completely lacking UNTIL you owe them money, they will not send you any late notices they will immediately send to an attorney for collections. It’s a total racket between the Mgmt company and the attorneys and should be illegal. You are doing yourself and your community a disservice hiring them. Please think twice.
