I have rented this place for the last two years and have had a wonderful experience from all the neighbors from all around the complex at Point West II. My concern and dis-satisfaction comes from the HOA which says they are making improvements to the place to make it better. When you call and leave a voicemail then don’t respond back. You send multiple emails and no response. Things are supposed to be fixed around the property and nothing has been fixed on time or goes out with ever being fixed. When you have a problem in your apartment and need something to be turned off, good luck as it will never happen. The response back from the HOA is you owe us money. Customer service is not a strong suit for the HOA. I would question the HOA in the customer satisfaction rating to all who live in this complex.
