If I could give the TEN STARS, I would! Have been dealing with Randy, Shelley and Ronnie for years and can't say enough good things about them personally and their service! I have also recommended them to others who after using them are very pleased and thank me. They are the epitome of trustworthy, responsible, thorough, business people. Could not be nicer to deal with. They know the ins and outs of all makes of vehicles and work so well as a team. Nowadays you can't always find people you can trust and I am always confident in what they tell me, 100%! You can just disregard any negative reviews, obviously those people were difficult an not polite. THANK YOU for maintaining your high level of customer service and workmanship! My car and I appreciate you!!!

I broke down right down the road from Columbus Service Center, about 2 hours from home. After running diagnostics, they suggested I take my car to the Honda dealer for more advanced diagnostics because it could be a computer issue (or not, haha).

Randy was very helpful in finding a tow company and the price for the diagnostics was fair.

If I broke down again in Columbus, I'd choose Columbus Service Center again.

Made an appointment for an inspection. For a 2023 Nissan Kicks. After a brief encounter with the lady (who was very nice) behind the desk, I gave her my key fob and sat down briefly then decided to wait outside. When the owner came out to get my car, I preceeded to tell him to move seat back before getting in because I'm really short. He slammed my key fob on the hood of my car and said I don't need your attitude and to take my business elsewhere. So I did and went to BMW'S By WD (no appointment/ just stopped in on the same day as this occurrence) and was treated so fabulously. They go above and beyond for their customers ! In and out in less than 10 minutes! Great place I would recommend! I would never go back to CSC , they act like they are the be all and end all.

Update on service: First off I was not rude. Second off I did not say that about the seat to the lady at the desk just that it was all the way up and to move it back before getting in. You came out of the garage with a pissed off look on your face and had no intention of inspecting my car. You DID slam my key fob on the hood of my car and said I don't need your attitude and take your business elsewhere. You were never by my car door. You were very unprofessional. So glad I went to BMW'S By WD, they were very professional and went above and beyond. There are way better service centers than you. You acted like you could careless if you had customers or not. You intentionally acted the way you did. That's why you got a 1 star review. I'm not the only customer to have said that about your attitude. Word of mouth travels fast about bad business practice.

This place would have gotten five stars but I was told when I rented the U-Haul trailer that if I brought it back before 5pm when they close. That I could get my $100 deposit back the same day. I rushed as fast as I could. Got everything done that I needed the trailer for and had it back by 4:30pm. THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED! I needed that deposit back the same day as it was the last little bit of money I had at the time. Plus I wasted my gas since I had to turn around and take the trailer back home and return it today. Everything else was fine. Prices are good and the lady up front was friendly. They just don't seem to be reliable when it comes to there hours of operation. When I spoke with them over the phone about it this morning.... She didn't really have a good answer for me. Just...... (Well yeah, you can return it anytime. Our gates are never closed. If you bring it back after our normal business hours, you can always leave it and get your deposit the next day).... I had already knew this. That's why I came to bring it back 30 min before you were post to close. No one was there. I had even made it a point to say hey... I'm going to bring this back today because I need that money back to feed my family dinner... I even made sure to ask...(what time do y'all close?). Anyway just thought I'd give a heads up to anyone looking to do business with them. Good 🤞 luck.

My first time there and I definitely will be going back. Super nice people and good service. The man who was checking over my vehicle came in to waiting room to let me know my car looked good except for some very dirty filters. It was nice having someone take the time to talk and answer any questions one might have. And Randy at the front desk was very nice and made me feel welcome (I'm new to the area).

I had a really good experience with the mechanics here at Columbus Service Center. They made a couple of small repairs, didn't overcharge me, and really seemed to understand cars. However, the front desk person refused to speak to me. Every time I tried to ask a question or make a comment, she wouldn't respond to me. The other person at the front had to jump in a couple of times to answer my questions because the other lady just refused to interact with me. It was weird and uncomfortable. I don't plan on returning.

I had broken down at the North Carolina Welcome Center on Interstate 26 and was driving by myself, towing a UHaul trailer. It was late in the afternoon on a Friday. I was several hours from where I started and still several hours to where I was going. My husband was not able to come and get me at the time. Any other service centers we contacted would not help me until Monday. I was stranded! But, then, a couple gentlemen came from Columbus Service Center and were able to drive my vehicle (slowly!)to the shop. Shelly was so kind to me as I waited for my vehicle to be looked at. She offered me water, a snack, and kind words. Randy and Ronnie did not take long to fix my vehicle and explained to me what the trouble had been in terms that I could understand. I was out on the road again in no time. I was so pleased with the price, as well. I can't recommend the folks at Columbus Service Center enough!
