Depending on who and what you are dealing with it can be a "situation".. the place itself is rather kept up clean and the lobby is divided into little areas where you don't have to be climbed up on top of everybody it's not 100% horrible. And when you get down to brass tax they will eventually get you to where you need to be. Hopefully..

As far as I've had the situations with the DHHS it is a situation in the first place and having to deal with some of the accoutrement that comes along with the people that work there he can be a tough time but if you make sure you find the right people there are the ones who are looking to help you there... Just make sure that you take time to sit down and get to know your representative so that way they have your best interest at needs.

It's DSS, no one WANTS to go there. The wait is long, they're slow and no one seems to answer the phone. However, they've always been there we I needed them. Except for daycare, the wait list is extremely long for that. But most everything is done by mail or over the phone now, so that makes things a little better. Good luck getting someone on the phone.

I’ve been calling these people for months about my child support case left multiple messages even contacted Raleigh office and still no response from my caseworker in the Whiteville office which is very unprofessional and inconsiderate‼️‼️‼️
