I couldn't do it without CODA!!

Ken is not only reliable and easy to communicate with, has also a special way of putting people at ease. He can meet you in laughter or a conversation about the worst day of your life.

He shows up to handle all the stressful stuff and inconvenient issues I imagined would pop up when investing in a rental property... but Ken also shows up when the unimaginable things happen.

13/10 would recommend!

I have rented from CODA for the past year, and I can't rave enough about Ken and his company. New to the Phoenix area, with a bully breed dog, my boyfriend and I were struggling to find a home that met our families needs and was within our budget. Not only did Ken exceed expectations with this property, but he was transparent throughout the entire renting process. He was infinitely patient, spending over an hour with me personally going through each page of our rental agreement, and always went above and beyond for both the owner and tenant. He even found an incorrect "black mark" on my rental record from a prior apartment, that I didn't even know existed, and advised me on how to correct it. It turned out the apartment owed ME $800 that I wouldn't have ever known about if it wasn't for him. We have had limited issues with the home this past year, but the one word that I would use to describe Ken whenever I have a problem is responsive. We submit maintenance requests via our home portal online, which is super easy to use, and Ken will usually reply within 24 hours. Furthermore, the companies he uses for maintenance are AMAZING. For the few issues we have had, I have gotten a call from the company within an hour of the call from Ken and my issues, depending on the type of issue, have been fixed within 24-72 hours with fantastic customer service. Overall this has been an amazing experience, and we could not ask for a more honest and compassionate landlord. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy in the Phoenix area.
