CMS Properties and real Estate have been managing my rental home for nearly 4 years. Through that time, they have placed excellent tenants and addressed any repairs or maintenance needs etc. very timely while keeping any inconvenience to the tenants at a minimum. For someone living 1,200 miles away, I can easily say that CMS was the best property management choice I made.

We have been using CMS Property Management since 2015. They make us easy for us to own rental property out of state. I appreciate the email communication each month when rents are deposited.
