Avoid this place at all cost. Easily the worst costumer service in any medical field I have ever experience. Each visit will take about 2 hours; there is a one hour wait every time I arrive to my appointment. I've been hung up on multiple times while speaking with the receptionist. If you ask them to fax something it will take multiple calls, reminders and even an office visit to get it done - I'm speaking through experience. I'm seriously so frustrated and fed up with this place and will be leaving this place after being a patient for 2 years. Im willing to make the longer drive to receive better service. Avoid this place like the plague.

I got there with a very strong pain I had to wait more than an hour to see the doctor. I was in the room waiting for the nurses had to approach the doctor to see me. He was watching his computer and writing without helping me. In the end he gave me my prescription so I would go to the pharmacy the worst of all that he did not do well and could not give me the pills to soothe the pain. I went back to the clinic to claim him and the answer the nurse gave me that the doctor has not taken all the courses so he does not know. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Im in shock...

Hands down worst clinic ever. They should be shut down. Fam got covid so I asked them to test me, they said they were out, sent me to their LA location. Two weeks later, I get covid and ask El Monte office again to test me. They say they're STILL out of tests, but will order one for me the next day. Next day comes(a Friday) and they said sorry but it'll be ready on Monday. Monday comes, Tuesday comes, and no phone call, meanwhile I'm left to find another place to test me to know what it is I have. Huge time waisters, unprofessional, and no one knows what the other person working there is doing. Bunch of clowns.

Do not go to this clinic! Dr. Carmencita Llado is the worst doctor I have ever had. After one of my labs came back positive she refused to go into detail on how to treat it. Not to say that it was a FALSE positive. Their labs are outdated and gave me the wrong result. They use an in house lab called Lab All Inc. which uses outdated equipment. I went to 2 other doctor for 2nd opinions and the same test came back negative both times (one of the labs used for the second opinion was Quest Diagnostics which is highly trusted). This meant that Dr. Carmencita gave me the WRONG results and for over a week I thought I had a terrible disease. Please do not go to this clinic for your own good! I would give no stars if it was possible.

If I have sth like less then 1 star, I will put it in here 0 star. I called for appt they said today 04/03 9am. When I stepped in I saw like 6 people already there and all of them have same appt with me at 9am. And office only have 1 female Doctor, and receptionist were so rude, didn't even get things done, and keep talking, laughing and eating and playing around. And I had to check so many times then they took me in at 10.30am and have me wait there for another 1 hour. and check sth and BLOOD TEST DONE At 1pm. So total time I spent 4hours. That with me pushing, otherwise will be much longer. And the guy came late paying CASH, they took him in right away and left before all of us waiting from 9am. First time, and also last time I go back there. TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY DONT CARE ANYONE TIME. And the office looked dirty inside. Felt not good to get all the tests. Not even sure if the test results come out correctly.

I will never recomend anybody to come to this ugly place ,i was pregnant and they gave wrong blood test wich it said i was positive i felt so bad so i had a miscarriage the same day !! After that i went to another clinic and they said is not true you are totally fine !! I have my kids after that they are so stupid they dont know they job !!

Not recommended Kntia R or Katrina R or Kirtia R what ever the nurse or medical assistant was very rude and judgmental.. Didn't even know my situation and could just tell by the way she spoke and looked at me that she was judging me.. Who is she to be so rude when we only me the one time...
