I ran into issues with my previous car insurance as they stopped servicing in California leaving me with a very expensive option. Left with no other options and no time to invest in overwhelming car insurances searches I resorted to Cindy for assistance as she's help me with my taxes in the past.

In the past, when purchasing car insurance, I never felt welcomed to ask questions regarding coverage and what some words meant because it's all insurance lingo. However, when I brought this up to Cindy, she was very patient and encouraging in having me feel comfortable to ask away and I appreciated that.

I loved that I was able to contact Cindy over the phone, make clear what I needed, was provided details of the documents required for the process, and was informed on what to expect and the recent changes (waiting period regarding car insurances). I emailed the documents shortly after our conversation in an organized manner to facilitate the process for her and myself.

I had no time to come sit in her office and I appreciated the fact that I was able to entrust her with a task and she was able to maintain consistent communication throughout the process and assist me in getting a new car insurance.

I am very happy with the services and attention I have received from Cindy and I encourage others to take a chance and give her a shot.

12min on the line went through all my information seen my record and turns out “Farmers” is only accepting clean records. This could had been said since the beginning to avoid wasting each others time. I clearly asked if she had just been informed of this and answered No it’s been since a year ago. I then receive a call from Cindy trying explain and informs this just took effect 2 days ago after my bad reviews clearly no communication amongst themselves in that office. This is clearly discrimination for not having a clean record and she has the audacity to say do not take this personal.
