if i could give 0 stars i would!. I dont even personally use them, i have been dealing with them for a client of mine. The receptionist or whoever answers the phone has been extremely rude since day one. After i been trying to help my client obtain a letter for almost 30 days now there just so happens to always be an excuse. Today she hung up on me! You must be a miserable lady and hate your job! Conclusion... i would never use these people they are rude, terrible and SLOW! coming from someone who NEVER writes reviews but thats how bad my experience has been with them! TERRIBLEEE!!

This guy is only good until you get audited. I was referred to Chris Gargiulo by a friend. I used him last year and this year I was audited. I called his office and his secretary told me to send them the paperwork. Chris nor someone from is office have yet to follow up with me. I have called and emailed them and they have ghosted me. I have friends that use him as well, they called him and his staff answered the phone. He is clearly ignoring me.This service is unprofessional and I will not recommend him. If you fall into trouble just know you will be lifted alone. Run for your life. He is not here to help you, he is just here for the money.

Great at he's craft especially when you get audited. Knows how to work with the IRS and guided me every step of the way. Is reserved with detailed explanations and returning calls but makes it up getting job done right.

Mr Gargiulo is rude, unprofessional, does not return calls in a timely fashion thus causing a penalty to incur. I never write bad reviews but this "professional" is anything but and just because he's doing it for over 30 years doesn't give him license to be rude and condescending.
He came highly recommended by a friend. I waited nearly an hour to be seen for my first visit. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. After all , its tax season, he's very busy and my friend's husband said he's worth the wait. I needed to obtain some additional info for him and in less than a week I did and spoke with his associate about it. He called back, we spoke about how to proceed. Then I don't hear from him and the May 17 deadline is fast approaching. I called early on the 15th and he said he would call me back. He never did. I called on Monday the 17th now somewhat concerned because I knew from our first meeting I would owe money this year. Message left with associate. I did not hear back and called left 2 more messages on Tuesday. No return calls. I called again on Thursday finally received call back. He still had not prepared the return! And when I brought up my concern about penalties because now its past the due date he was very non chalant about it saying "yes, you'll have to pay a penalty ". I'm now frustrated explaining that he never returned my call and it's unfair I now have a penalty. He responds "well I'm not gonna pay it and you can't call me the Friday before it's due and expect a call back". Such nerve. After a bit more back and forth he hangs up on me!! I call back and asked why the hang up? "I'm not gonna be yelled at" is his response. I wasn't yelling but I was very upset over the situation and all he keeps saying is "do you want me to prepare the return". Ugh! At this point what choice do I have really so I said yes. He didn't even offer a discount on the preparation fee. Needless to say I will not be going back. Worst experience ever. I usually can't be bothered writing bad reviews but he was so egregious he deserves it.
