Don't file here unless you like dealing with the IRS alone!!! Last year and this year's taxes filed by Christine. Audited both years and told to pay over $12,000. By the time it was said and done last year, "oops, you owe the original amount BUT have to pay fees and interest." This year, Christine has been nowhere to be found. The only contact info is for her business and she is never there, nor does she return calls. Dealing with the IRS alone now. We have secured a lawyer for mom to help her as Christine's customer service ends the day she files. Protect yourself- pay to have someone file them who will a) do it right and b) help you deal with the IRS if you are audited. At least wet found a lawyer in Monroe who will help mom not only with the IRS, but to hold Christine's tax service accountable for their gross negligence as well.
Some advice- be thorough. Don't leave your customer blowing in the breeze when you fail to properly file for them. And if you get your taxes done here, so what my mom did- make copies of EVERYTHING to protect yourself.

Christine managed our tax account terrible. She did not file the 1065 for our business and left us with a HUGE (over 3K)tax bill to the IRS which now I am trying to figure out. Will not respond to me via email and I have left messages in the past with no return call. This is Negligence on her part and she should be held accountable.

AWFUL! Christine's Tax service has been withholding my un-filed taxes and information for over 6 months now! We being myself my husband and my mother have made several attempts to make contact and she doesn't respond. She has also ignored attempts to resolve this matter from the BBB and the consumer protection agency. At this point the police have been contacted, I guess we will see where it goes from here. Arrrrrgh frustrating!

Wish she would return a phone call. Dealing with the IRS alone is not fun. Had an audit done and she made a mistake on my taxes yet not even a call back from me or my IRS agent.
