Your absolutely brow beating my 86 year old mother, who is trying to get help for her 91 year old husband in an alzheimers unit. She's jumped through all your hoops- sometimes 4 and 5 times repeatedly. Now ANOTHER list is presented... Watching helplessly what your doing to her is infuriating. Disrespectful and pathetic.

Went here not knowing what to expect. Kaitlyn offered to help me and gave me great advice. She was very sweet and incredibly helpful. She definitely goes above and beyond and cares. Other staff there were very helpful as well.

I have been trying to get a hold of them for 3 days now regarding my snap card( 2 calls Tuesday, once yesterday, and again today.) and their phone are still down. My card has also still not made it here being 2 weeks in.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this office! They go above and beyond to help and actually put in the system immediately and you have answers. I’ve been on the phone for hours and days with NO result. This office had no waiting and helped me right away. My stress was eliminated. Of course they don’t answer phones! If they answered phones they couldn’t help you when you came in! Negativity won’t get you any help! JS.

I’m genuinely confused how social services in Christian County believe that placing children in a home with a man who has a history of selling naked photos of women without their knowledge or consent is safer than being with her mother over misinformation with plenty of proof of innocence. It’s bad enough that the poor mother had her children ripped away from her strictly off of defamation but to also see her child covered in rashes and bruises without being given any explanation or permission to call it in; no, instead, she’s threatened with more false charges to keep her quiet. Now she gets to worry 24/7 about whether her children are being used for his sick kicks in selling naked photos. Does this mean I can call that in and tell you the rest of this man’s information for an investigation? Especially with other minors in the home? I would assume so considering you apparently don’t need evidence, you just need to tell them it’s the truth and they’ll come and ruin your life as they please and the man is someone who actually needs investigating. I can’t help but believe the reason is strictly for funding and not protecting children so forgive me if I have so many questions on the morals of the system. It just doesn’t seem right.

I used the message at myDSS portal and the messaging went on for about an hour because I could not get a human voice at the Ozark MO office.I was worried maybe I didn't message to an actual employee so I called the call center. I started with 22 callers ahead of me. Much later, I get a message over the phone there were 7 callers ahead of me. At 6:00 PM the call center closed and still I have no idea if I gave my personal info to an actual employee that guaranteed me it was safe for me to give my SSN and DOB at the myDSS portal or not. The messaging had started and at 4:09 PM the first I checked the time. By 6:00 PM I sent my last message. I am very disappointed with the service I received. Tomorrow is Friday and I have a medical procedure to do. Something needs to change with the way applications are followed up with.

No one ever answers the phone. People in the community need assistance and need answers BEFORE they get denied of coverage. You guys have to do better!
