Chisel ActionCoach as a team and especially Monica are some of the most compassionate people I have come across when it comes to business coaching. It's important to be direct and lead, but without compassion it can fall flat. If you are a business owner, leader or just simply want to better yourself or your organization I can't make a more solid recommendation then this team!

I opened my own business in June 2023 but started working with Monica in May of 2023. I can not put a value on how much she has helped me!
