An excellent group of employees at this bank, always friendly, able to make any type of transaction needed quick and hassle free, drive thru is very handy and actually enjoyable to use. A good small town bank that Dover is blessed to have in my opinion! If you have trouble getting along with the group of ladies at this bank or not pleased with their help, possibly need to check your attitude, actually one of the most friendly and professional banks I have ever used! Run as fast as you can to any other bank. These people are not helpful and the workers just make up random rules and supposed protocol on things that other banks have no problem handling, But when you call the other branches those rules don’t even exist.
Used them for 2 years and always having to go down and handle situations that never come up when using a competent bank. Changed banks and have had a much better experience.
