STAY AWAY FROM CEtech Associates "Engineering." I was provided this company's name, along with other structural engineers, from the city. I called this service because I need designs on a retaining wall on my property. First, I reached CEtech voice mail so I provided a message with my name, phone number, location, and desired product. I finally received a call back 4 days later from a female. She asked about the details on the project and ensured she had my name, number, email, and location. It's been 3-weeks now and I haven't heard a single thing. No call back or email: "Hey, we're sorry but we're really busy with other projects; sorry, we consider your project too small for what we do; sorry, we're not interested or do that kind of project." Nothing! A clear demonstration of the absolute lack of both professional and personal work ethic, quality assurance, trust, confidence and reputation (brand) building. I can only imagine now that had I went this "service?" what kind of product, if any, I would have received. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with this company! Find someone else that will treat you with the time, effort, and at least a little respect your money is paying for their livelihood!
