Dominick inspected my future home and his service was great! He showed up on time, and also took his time to really going over everything. Home buying is a confusing and high stakes process, especially for new home buyers. We weren’t always sure who we could trust. Dominick was friendly, professional and knew his work. He did an excellent, thorough job. He presented the information in a clear, understandable way. He helped us identify three issues that needed to be addressed and he gave us the documentation to convince the seller to address the issues and reduce the home price. I worked with Dominick, who inspected the Queens 800 Sq ft 1BR co-op I am bidding on. Even though the company is located in LI, the prices were cheaper than the company 2 blocks away. Dominick was on time, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I'd pointed out the area a contractor had noted for possible water damage: Dominick found damage but drowned evidence that it was cat-related vs caused by pipes inside the walk. He very thoroughly checked every nook and cranny, and was able to identify possible trouble spots I hadn't thought about. I was very satisfied, and highly recommend his company's services.
