Chandler Hedrick was patient, well mannered, and thoughtful. He was always available to show me any house I asked to see, even on short notice. Very responsive. Clearly intelligent. Negotiations and purchase went smooth. Great realtor.

Mr. Matos needs to retrain some of his sales staff. Absolutely horrible experience. 2 showings after being listed for over 30 days. Had to keep explaining to realtor on marketing etc. That was when there were 2 showings after being on MLS for over 30 days. Unacceptable. Fired realtor and found a different company.

I am in the market for a new home. To spend my time and my hard earned money. I got to speak to a Marlene who called extremely rude, has no people skills and I decided to go somewhere else, I’m a nurse myself and theirs no excuse is to ever speak to someone especially a customer like that rude loud and short. I almost went to the open house she was having so I can give a piece of my mind. So people try to talk to someone else or go with an other company.

Incredible help in finding the right home to meet our needs. Ask for Joe! He took us ALL OVER to find what we needed. WE were picky and on a budget, but he did it!
