Nalee is one of the best landlords I have had the privilege of renting under. Anytime there was a problem (there weren’t many) she always got be to me super quick. This complex is definitely the top one I have lived in for my past 6 years of living in SD. Highly recommend this place to anyone searching!

I have been living here for the past couple of months and it has been such a great experience, especially in dealing with the landlord Nalee! She is always extremely helpful and resourceful. You can tell she loves what she does and always goes above and beyond for her tenant. Maintenance is always so nice and efficient. Miguel ALWAYS ask "How are you?" I think that is such a thoughtful question to ask as moms no one ever asks us that lol. I think it is so kind that he always greets you and it is always so genuine. Overall, the entire team has been amazing!

My fiance and I lived here for a little over a year, and we really enjoyed our time here! we wish we wouldn't have to leave, but I unfortunately had to move to Arizona to finish my degree. The apartment themselves are very nice and spacious. Georgette is friendly and very helpful with anything that you need. We never had any maintenance issues, but we did have the water off a few times for other repairs in the building. However, the water was never off for very long and they sent a text message ahead of time to let everyone prepare. Other than that, we never had any issues or complaints. We both were very happy there.

Without a doubt, I would have loved living here. The process was seamless, the response times were beyond expectations, and the Regional Manager, Nalee Staton, was available, if not by phone, by text, at any time I needed a question answered. Sadly, our family went in another direction and rented a home. But I will forever remember the personal touch Nalee provided during the application process.
