I have been working with Calmputer Consulting Services for well over a decade now. Russell Jackman is my "Go To Computer Guy". If something goes wrong with our computers I call him. if I need training on something, I call him. If I buy new tech and need it installed and need to be trained on its use, I call him. I am 68 and run a business but I am not tech savvy. Or wasn't until Russell trained me on some things. Russ is a great teacher and has that unique and rare ability to be extremely knowledgeable about what he does and yet can translate that to someone like me and train me at MY level. He is a rare finding in this respect. Russ has PATIENCE which is really needed in teaching someone like me how to do computer functions. He shows me how to do something and watches over me as I write down my own "how to" list of steps and watches me do it, in order to have my own instruction notes that I understand. I have been learning from him for years and he has taught me a lot. You can't go wrong with Calmputer Consulting Services.
