Made arrangements on Friday to have notary service for the following Thursday. Called on Monday to confirm that I would also like to have a POA drawn up, no answer. Looked on line and said they were closed on Monday. Called on Tuesday during their listed call hours....again no answer and no way to leave a message. Since I would be traveling close to two hours to have them meet me at a nursing home to notarize my uncle's signature, I had to scramble Tuesday afternoon to find a reliable notary to meet on Thursday morning. Never trust a company that does not answer their phone and has no answering machine. Very, very shady.
