They assisted by opening a false LLC using my parents address. We have no idea who the business is but yet they used my parents address. This place does fraud!!!!

This is what this company if you can call it like that.
They charge full amount at front saying that you can register your brand or business, without doing any investigation if the name or logo is available. They stole aver $1000 from us for them to fill out an application and then saying that the business and logo is already in use. Gloria and Liza Duque are the one that did this to us. Better to look somewhere else

I should've read the warnings before using this company. I used them to renew my fictitious business names and this was before the COVID shut down. They say they've put up the postings, but my point of contact never follows through. They tell me its been sent out and I call them to email me a confirmation and nothing comes. NO FOLLOW THROUGH.

BEWARE!! BEWARE !! Jonathan Lozano from this place did my company told me he filed a 2553 and he never did so irresponsible now the IRS is after me an I’m in debt for over 60K !! BEWARE !! This people are not trustworthy!! Just cross the street and get some REAL help in the city hall

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER TO DO BUISNESS I PAID 2,500 DOLLARS TO DO ONE SIMPLE THING LIKE GETTING PAPERWORK FOR ABC ALCOHOL LICENCE TRANSFER!! WHICH IT TAKES LESS THEN A WEEK TO TURN IN THE PAPERWORK TO ABC OFFICE... THAT LISA MANEGER AND NO ONE RIGHT THERE HAS ADKNOWLEGEMENT ON THAT TYPE OF WORK.. ITS BEEN NOW 40 DAYS WITHOUT LISA DOING NOTHING FOR WHAT I PAID FOR. .. IF I DIDNT CALL 30 DAYS LATER TO SEE HOW MY WORK IS DOING I WOULDNT NEVER FIND OUT THAT LISA DIDNT DO NOTHING IN THESE 40 DAYS AND NOW THAT I FIND OUT LISA IS JUST ACTING WEIRD MAKING ALL TYPE OF LIES TRYING TO BLAME THINGS ON OTHER PEOPLE BECAUSE SHE HAS NO OTHER EXCUSE TO COVER UP THE MISTAKES THAT SHE IS DOING FOR HER IRRESPONSIBILTY MY BUISNESS IS ABOUT TO GO DOWN .. IM TRYING TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER AND LISA AND EVERY WORKER IN THAT PLACE EVEN ERIKA IS DOING EVERYTHING TO AVOID ME TO TALKING TO THE OWNER TO TAKE ACTIONS... I REALLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL... I HAVE NEVER SEEN MYSELF IN A REALLY BAD POSTION LIKE THERE MAKING ME FEEL...
