Too busy to help me with a flat tire. Kicked me out of the waiting area while I was waiting to see if they had a cancellation. Two day wait to fix a flat. Rude, as a gentleman stood over me like " I insulted his mother". Told me to go to Black's Tire in Calabash . I was concerned about the tire loosing air. He said " he had walked around the car and the tire still had air in it. Black's Tire greeted me at the door, took my information, showed me the screw in the tire, fixed the problem and sent me on my way . NAPA is too busy to help you in an emergency and will rudely kick you out of the establishment. Too busy- go to Black's, they have time to fit you in.

Being a mechanic myself but not auto mechanic. I understand service and can feel when someone is trying to upsell me. I also know what things cost. These people at NAPA are unbelievably honest. Their prices are very fair. They stand behind the work that they perform. We own a Lexus ES 350 and we wouldn't bring our car anywhere else other than Calabash NAPA. That's not because they're less expense. It's because they're excellent at what they do. Why go anywhere else. By the way, we buy our tires there also, because of all the above reasons. Service, Experience, Honesty, Professionalism, and Competitive Pricing. They have it all. I am not a robot and I don't work there or related.
