I've worked with the public most of my adult life. I had 2 meetings with this agency. Both times felt uneasy. First of all both women ( Tammy and Remy?) present appear not to have much social etiquette....Like introduce yourself when a paying customer is coming in. Lastly, the 2 women speak quickly like they have a time quota and rushing through explaining complicating legalese language. I will not cross their threshold again! If you don't care about the above they'll be happy to take your money.

Great Service and knows their stuff. I had to follow up a few times, but they always responded and answered the phone etc. I did not have to hire an attorney because this company processed my deed transfer, living trust, and other services I required. I am sure they saved me tons of money!

I have had the pleasure of using the services of By The People in Fairfield CA since early 2008 when I started a business and created an LLC. Since then, I have used them for a living trust, and other legal documents. Rene and Tammy are the best. They make it easy and they know their stuff inside and out. They are a true pleasure to deal with I love to refer my friends to them because I know they will be well cared for. Outstanding services and at very reasonable prices.

Extremely rude. I called to get information about their services and the gentleman keep on cutting me off, interrupting me. He would not wait for me to explain my situation nor finish my question and would cut me off with an answer for something he assumed I was going to ask... very frustrating. He needs to be patient and listen to potential costumers' issues before answering/explaining.
