We been doing business with them for many years . Art is such a great person and Rochelle has always been there to answer my questions. I wish I could give the five stars but Unfortunately I can't due to the fact that I called them to talk about some concerns I had in regards to my business. Martha was the one to assist me she was very rude making me feel like I was a nobody .She was brushing me off . I told her we pay them for our services I wasn't asking for nothing for free. I also told her that she was being rude to me and very disrespectful to me and she said I'm sorry you feel that way.(she was being sarcastic) I advised that due to the poor service she was proving me I would have to go look for another company. She quickly said feel free to do so.

Idk who answers the phone but they were rude more then once. Insists on being right and was constantly told i didnt do something. I never got any notifications. was just trying to move on and she didnt just kept repeating i was wrong not hwrer and coming back to it. Also after personal research with professional help, i found out i was missing out on A LOT of money. Dozens of questions they never asked me. Just better to move on.

Been going to Jim for only 2 years but he's great.... my mom been going 30 plus years he did my grandma's and my dad's taxes... hate that I have to come back and sign papers lol just kidding give 100 percent my refund comes back within days
