Glenn is the best PM ever. I never have to worry that I forgot something because Glenn and Victor take care of everything. I am over 60 years of age and have dealt with property managers for many many years and I never had anybody work as hard as Glenn. Top notch experience renting with them. From them helping me find the perfect place that fit my needs, to how they treated me and went out of their way to help, the experience was amazing. I was really lucky to have worked with them. I couldn't have imagined a better place than what they found for me, and I have very specific needs. The online portal, payments, maintenance, was all super easy. I will be trying to work with them in the near future renting in AZ. Glenn Roseman was really great to work with.

I recently had ceiling leak damage in one bathroom, and then shortly after that, a pipe leak caused damage behind another bathroom wall! I called Victor for help, and he promptly provided drywall repairs to be scheduled quickly. The repairs were completed by Rich who worked quickly and efficiently to patch the drywall damage to both areas - a skillful job done immediately! Also, the prompt professional service by Victor was really appreciated! I would recommend their services to anyone who needs any maintenance help!

I recently had a terrible experience with Buck Reynolds Property Management Services. I went in to get a new remote gate opener, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and clueless. She had to go talk to the manager, who never even bothered to come out of the back of the building.
They managed to get the remote opener to light up, but when I asked for a new one because mine has never worked (and I've only had it for a month), she told me it would cost $50. I explained that it was defective, but she didn’t care and insisted it would still cost $50.
This isn't the first time I've had to deal with this awful company! If you’re a new home buyer, make sure your HOA company is not Buck Reynolds. If they are, do not buy a home in that area! You will hate dealing with them—they are extremely unprofessional and incredibly rude.

Glenn Roseman helped our family out in a pinch. After our house burned down we were in desperate need of a rental (due to lack of funds for air bnbs). Within 3 days we were able to sign paperwork for our new rental with ease. Very hospitable and helpful. Thank you Glenn.
