I don't understand accounting companies in NMB. They apparently have too much business to care about losing a client. I switched to Bryant last year after a bad experience with another accountant. This year in early March I sent everything to them for 2023. I had email correspondence with a specific individual. I called for a follow-up only to hear "we filed an extension". April -- follow-up, we're working on it. May follow-up -- "it's on her desk". June follow-up, "we had a system crash and don't seem to have record of any of your paperwork". How is it that you just don't follow-up with clients? Moving on -- again.

2023 IRS and state returns done by Bryant Tax Services. I highly recommend Bryant; Kim Bryant uses the most sophisticated tax preparation software I've ever seen. My return was completed quickly and efficiently and I know the expertise at Bryant saved me some $$$. My second year at Bryant and I'll be back next year as well.
