I used Broad Financial to open my self-directed IRA accout many years ago. Have since used the account to investment in real estate etc. I totally recommend Broad Financial. They are professional and knowledgeable. They provided tremendous support during my first transaction years ago.

Their customer service has been top notch for me. Aside from answering the calls from existing customers, they will send follow up emails with supporting documents and useful "walk through" docs to ensure that customers do not "make mistakes". You are in good hands with Broad Financial!

I couldn't recommend a company more highly. We had a complex group IRA LLC that we needed to create for a real estate purchase. I started dealing with Noah Grodko at Broad several months ago as I was weighing the idea of a Self-Directed IRA. I decided to move forward yesterday. In part, I did so because he provided great customer service. Noah was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. Noah was always timely and responded right away if even to let me know when we could speak if I had questions (which I had a lot of) I would highly recommend Broad and am excited to work with them.
