The most terrible accounting service I have received. They were not good at communications. Always delayed in email responding, never fully and clearly answered the questions I had. I ended paying over $6,000 for tax which was completely out of my expectation. They delayed my filing as well and didn't provide all the information I needed to know to file correctly. Everything was so unclear and was a mess. I had to pay penalties as well. They would not go out of their way to give you the maximum benefits you can claim. I do not recommend their service to anybody.

I found Anna 5 years ago, when I had a complicated situation of being on a visa, but have been in US for too long to be a non-resident. Also I was on H1B and then to F1, my income changed from a wage to a stipend - an just to add some more complication, my home country had a tax treaty with the US. Turbotax told me I owed $4000 in taxes which couldn't have been true so I went to the local HR block and to my dismay, they didn't even recognize the forms that I was required to fill out. Hence I found Anna and she has been fantastic. She knew what she was doing, was efficient, answered all my questions regarding my visa status and taxes. Ever since I've been visiting her every tax season. Now I'm married - to someone from another country (not US, not my home country) who is on a different visa. He has been religious with Anna (As soon as we get tax papers, he wants to meet her asap lol) We just had a baby which would have been added headache for our taxes. I am so glad I have Anna.

Terrible service in the last year, probably because Anna doesn't really handle much of the work directly anymore. Everything was filed late, and I was lied to twice about the filings being already made. Suffered many thousands in penalties, which I now have to contest.
