If you want to pay your bills and not run from them the folks at this collection company will work with you! I have dealt with Rick in the past, and I am currently working with him on my bills. He is much easier to work with then Reedsburg Hospital collections who are never satisfied and have unreasonable payment standards. He will tailor a payment plan that will fit your budget and your family finances. That my friends is a fact!! Sure beats wage garnishment!

Ian and Rick were the two I dealt with the most with making my payments and they were always nice to talk to. I never had any issues with anyone. I was working with them for a long time until I finished my payments completely. They were great people and never gave me a hard time. They’re there to do their jobs and they are good at what they do. You guys are awesome!

Receptionist is a little cold in demeanor when I call. Although they are willing to work with me as long as I'm making my payments. I've had to be late on a couple and I have made arrangements to catch up on the late amount. They will work with you as long as you're paying as you should. I'm guessing places like this have to be a little on the rude side in order to collect $$. Still a nice greeting would be appreciated knowing you're shoveling out your hard earned money for high priced medical bills and such! LOL

They are great at setting up payments, however, I give only 2 stars due to the fact that they have been very rude to me on the phone. I've been put on hold for a length of time and when they come on the phone, they are not pleasant. They could use some lessons in being being respectful to callers.

If I could Give 0 stars I would, unwilling to work out an acceptable plan that I could actually afford. Rude on the phone and like to threaten with litigation. I will be calling a lawyer.

There's a reason they don't even have a 2 start rating. Called to ask 2 questions on how to pay my bills to them (mail in check etc). Both people were very rude, did not ask if I had any other questions, did not ask to put me on hold they just did, and they hung up immediately after I said thank you. You guys get a 0 in my book.

The people are awful to talk to and you can't pay online as an alternative because after creating an account it will not let you log back in using the same account info.

Very rude people! They are not willing to work with you! You try to better yourself after hardship and they basically make you feel more worthless then you already feel!
