We are so sad to report that our experience with Bolton did not reflect the reviews we read. Upon our first meeting back in September 2023, we loved the office staff and were so excited to bring them on for monthly book keeping as well as tax preparation.

Sadly, it is July 2024 and our 2023 business taxes STILL have not been filed despite multiple promises that it was being worked on. Our books from the time were hired them were NOT kept at all. This has resulted in having to hire elsewhere and at a pretty penny, as there is just SO much clean up and back-work to do!

We understand things happen and remained very hopeful but unfortunately had to make the decision to move on. And we only hope to save someone else the same disappointment and head ache!!
