My parents have been coming here for years, and being married and actually having to do deductions I went here for the first time to actually get my taxes done by professional. Bernie was more than nice and very very helpful. But when informing Bernie that my father referred me, he told me I could get a discount. But when checking out with the receptionist she said they do not do discounts it’s only the full price and she was very rude and adamant about it when we’re asking her questions she informed us we don’t not work we’re talking about and they have only one guaranteed price. This basically ruined my experience for getting my taxes done by professional.

Bernie is a stand up guy. Sometimes the office can be slow to respond to email but that was during the busy season. I have used Bernie twice with this last time needing an amendment and he took care if my additional paperwork promptly.
