To “labor intensive” for them to do their jobs when there’s 5 of them sitting there with no customers. Ever since they’ve changed to bmo customer service has gone down the drain. Terrible customer service and bank.

I have been depositing checks from same location for over twenty years and this bank holds it every month claiming it’s their policy. I shouldn’t have to wait five days for my money after twenty years of non issues. This bank also claimed to refund so many out of network atm fees and that doesn’t happen. When you live rural and your bank is 45 minutes away they suggest mobile banking and that locks your money according to rep and by first day of business you may get access to a portion unless bow deposit from bow. Our other banks do instant mobile deposit and don’t hold your funds hostage!! People on fixed incomes can’t afford to have their funds locked up til bank gets around to it. Very dissatisfied

Bank of the West Oakdale is the poorest service bank I have ever experienced!!! Closed constantly! What Bank can inconvenience their customers in such a bad business services! Close your accounts! Leave their failing bank! Tell them how disappointed you are with your banking experience! I am gone from their bank after over 30 years…only 2 years in Oakdale, which I never had a good feeling about!!!

They wanted to charge me $7.50 to cash a check that one of their customers wrote me from their bank. $7.50 for a $50 check? That's 15%, they are out their minds. Never would I consider doing business with an institution like this. Thiefs.

This has been my go to bank for years, they always resolve my issues, and a lot of the staff know you by name, now that BMO has bought them well see if it stays the same.

Extra fees for stupid stuff. Can't even pay them with a credit card for statements from 5 years ago when you used to do business with them. Staff could be better. Closes early.

One star is too many for this bank. They are rude, have been closed for no reason and told us to go to Modesto if we wanted to close our account. We did.
