I have been working with BG multi family since August. I was told to apply through a property manager who else started off with BG and I swear that was the best decision I made all year. Working beside Mark has been incredibly awesome. He is reliable, professional, communicative, honest and passionate about his job. He has Made sure that all my needs have been met financially. If pay needs to be adjusted, environment needs to be changed mark has no problem making those reasonable adjustments. I feel like I have someone in my corner who 100% has my back and support. I feel stabled. I feel financially well and I feel like I have a company I can always rely on ( especially meeting Gayle in person! So kind and down to earth) Love love love BG MultiFamily. I recommend everyone I know to apply with this company because it is a 10/10. Definitely positively impacted my life this year! Thank you guys

I have enjoyed working for BG Multifamily for almost 2 years. My employee rep Mark has been amazing to deal with. I can't imagine working with anyone else. He always keeps me informed of new assignments which helps me make the best decision based on my location and needs. Working with BG Multifamily has been great experience. BG Multifamily literally saved me in a crunch! I've been working with them for over 5yrs off and on. Offices in VA and NC. This last experience was painless and enjoyable! Mark was my contact and he was always there every step of the way! Helping me and placing me in the field. I didn't work with Gayle much but she also answered questions when I had them! We were short-staffed at our property for over 2 months when Doug Richards was called to step in and help. I cannot express how AMAZING Doug has been since being called here to help. The endless help, positive attitude, and contribution he gave never went unnoticed. I know he knows how much we appreciated him, so I wanted to share with BG and everyone how terrific he truly is. We just became fully staffed so I hate to see him go and so wish we could hang on to him! BG has a great one so THANK YOU, BG, for sending him out these last 2 months. I know my guys really enjoyed having him here and appreciate all he did. I cannot express how wonderful he is, not just as a worker, but a person as well. Whoever has had the opportunity to work along side him is very blessed and I hope EVERYONE has the opportunity to work along side him in the future! Keep on rockin' it, Doug! You will be sorely missed!

I was hired with this company as a leasing agent . They have good intentions, however my workflow isn’t consistent. I’m m put on assignments that I’m told are a week or ongoing and the company only need a fill in for a day or two. I started at the bottom with this company. I just became a real estate agent. Even with my credentials I’m not allowed to take on bigger assignments or job roles. I was requested to be a an assistant pm they said it wasn’t in my file to do that job position .It is kinda of discouraging when your starting a new career; if your education/skills that you acquired isn’t enough to land you your dream job, it kind of makes you want to give up! I assumed working for an agency will help with career advancement . Overall I have no issue with the company nor employees. I just want consistent suitable work.

I've been working in the Multifamily Housing industry since 02/2011, close to 11 years now, and I tell you the "TRUTH!": "BAR NONE!" and "HANDS DOWN!", BG MULTIFAMILY is THE BEST and ONLY WAY TO GO; PERIOD!!👍🏿 I've had only great and awesome experiences with Mark, my Staffing Coordinator!, He's a "ROCK-STAR!" FOR SURE!, and a pleasure to work & communicate with. I have been in the property management industry for 23 years. I have worked with BG staffing both as a customer and a temp and I've had a wonderful experience as both. As a customer they are very attentive to my staffing needs and I can always count on them. As an employee, Mark works very closely with me to find the assignments that fit well with my qualifications.
