We had been in Communication with the Betty & Liz Team but chose to hire a local realtor in our city instead. After 21 days on the market, we only had a couple of showings and we started to worry. The only suggestion the realtor had was to drop our price by $50,000 from $1,250,000 to $1,200,000. We eventually cancelled our listing with this realtor and hired the Betty and Liz Team.
