Shelby was so wonderful. Such an absolute sweetheart and pleasure to talk to. My tour with her was amazing! I’d give her a 12 out of 10 if I could! It far exceeded all my expectations. She is so kind, funny, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful! She answered all my questions and eased all my concerns. Also had the incredible pleasure of meeting Wendy as well who was also so amazing! You can just tell that the management staff love their job, love people, and are just truly incredible people themselves! The cherry on top for the tour was the grounds themselves. The amenities are super nice and clean, and you can tell the complex truly prides themselves on the safety of the tenants. The apartments we saw were all great! Spacious floor plans, up to date appliances, etc! We would love to live here!

This is an excellent community with top-notch amenities, maintenance, and management team. Shelby, who works in the leasing office, is a cut above- polite, attentive, and kind. The luxury apartments are well maintained and the grounds are clean. It's peaceful and safe.

I typically don’t leave reviews but I this case it was no brainer to really highlight the excellent customer service I received. Shelby was extremely helpful in the moving and application process. She was always courteous, supportive, and made sure to keep me informed with all the steps in the application process. I believe Shelby really went above and beyond in assisting me to move here and secure a unit in a timely fashion.

The apartments at Bell Rohnert Park are spacious, beautiful, and conveniently located near shopping and entertainment. The grounds are impeccably maintained, with lush landscaping that blooms year-round, a heated swimming pool and hot tub, a well-equipped gym, a playground, and a dog park.

What truly sets Bell apart, though, is the incredible staff. Manager Wendy and Assistant Manager Kieran go above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and well taken care of, while the new leasing agent, Shelby, is exceptionally kind and welcoming. Their warmth and responsiveness are all the more impressive given the size of the community.

Maintenance requests are handled promptly, thanks to the outstanding team of Edwin, Andy, and Jordan. Whether it's a small fix like replacing a light bulb or a more complex repair, they are always skilled, professional, and eager to help. A special shoutout to Manny, who noticed my car battery had died and, without hesitation, ran to grab his charger—problem solved in minutes! Their kindness and dedication make a world of difference.

Living here feels like being part of a big, supportive family. If you choose to lease at Bell Rohnert Park, you won’t regret it—except on the day you have to leave. Thank you to the entire Bell staff for making my stay so enjoyable and stress-free!

Bell Rohnert Park is hands down the best community I’ve had the pleasure of living in! The lush, vibrant landscaping is absolutely breathtaking—everywhere you turn, you’re surrounded by beautifully maintained greenery, towering trees, and serene nature that creates a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are always impeccably kept, making every walk through the community feel like a stroll through a private garden oasis. From blooming flowers to well-manicured lawns, the attention to detail in maintaining the natural beauty here is truly unmatched. With such a beautiful environment and a team that truly cares, Bell Rohnert Park doesn’t just feel like an apartment community—it feels like home.
First and foremost, Wendy, the incredible community manager, is an absolute gem. She is always available, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. Whether it’s addressing concerns, organizing community events, or just greeting you with a warm smile, Wendy sets the standard for what a great community manager should be.
Shelby, the leasing consultant, made the entire leasing process seamless and stress-free. She is kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. From the first tour to move-in day, Shelby was there every step of the way, making sure all my questions were answered and that I felt at home from the start.
A special mention to Kieran, who was an absolute joy to have in the community and is truly missed! His presence made such a positive impact, and his absence is felt by many.
The maintenance team at Bell Rohnert Park is second to none. Andy, the maintenance manager, is always kind, professional, and quick to get the job done. His leadership ensures that the team consistently delivers top-notch service. Edwin is nothing short of amazing—he’s fast, efficient, and always there when you need him, tackling any issue with a smile and exceptional skill. Jordan is also fantastic—always willing to lend a helping hand and go the extra mile. Andy and Edwin, in particular, always complete work orders with care, cleanliness, and speed, making sure residents feel valued and taken care of.

We only just moved in so time will tell... but so far the experience has been wonderful. Kieran, lovely Community Manager that he is, is friendly, helpful, has a kind presence and a fun attitude. He is a big reason we finally settled on Bell, after seeing many more places. Incidentally, I've already had an emergency situation (created by my own moving confusion) and in a pinch, the staff really showed up for us. We're very excited to be living here!

I just recently moved into this complex and I really love it so far! They keep the grounds really nice and clean and all the workers and maintenance workers are so friendly and nice. The location of this complex is great as well. Super central and it’s very quiet. The units are very spacious and it comes with lots of great amenities. I’ve already been sharing with several people to look into moving here! If you ever have an issue they are quick to fix it and make things right. I am so happy I moved here, if you’re looking for a new place to live check Bell out!!!
