I am looking for a 1 bedroom affordable, low income apt. I saw this company advertise 4, 1 bedroom apts at 3056 Leeward Ave, Los Angeles, CA. They did not list the price of the units but they did list a $1200 deposit so I thought the rent would be in that range which is affordable to me because I work full time and make $21 an hour. Online ad stated that an applicant must make 2.5 times the rent. I spoke with the manager last week and was told that the rent is about $1400 and that I must bring home 2.5 times that amount after taxes and any other deductions; which is about $26 per hour × 160 hours a month.
This company is very Shady; this is one of the reasons why California has so many homeless people; especially homeless
people that work full time & simply can't afford the rent.

Most of the units are market value and they might have about 3 to 4 units that are less than market value out of 39 units. If they had just been upfront in their ad about the cost of the unit, I would not have wasted my time and gas going to see it.
Beware if you make less than $26 hour, full time, you will not qualify, unless you have another income earner or source of income

my wifes parents has lived at Bell Mobile Home park for more than 10 years now and Bell Properties has done a great job in our park. It's a shame that problematic tenants make it hard for our parents that are complying with the rules and regulations we know we need to follow. Selenia does a great job and has been the best manager so far at this park. My parents are always happy with her kind service and great attitude. It's a shame that people who are problematic will lie to try and get their way. She has been great and is always seen walking the park and attending to our needs and our concerns.

The management has really stepped it in the past year. It wasn’t really hearing us out when we would complain about issues that needed to get fixed or clarified. But now these last few month have been good the new manager I believe her name is Selenia, has been hearing us out and helping us a ton.

Always waste my time, I saw one apartment on Zillow,I made a call for appointment to visit the property,then before I went, I made a call again to make sure,they told me there's no appointment for me,ask me to reschedule, I made reschedule again,then I arrived here on time,no body came, I called the phone,no body answer.

Bell Properties so far has been absolutely wonderful! After looking around for a commercial property management company I decided to go with bell properties and I have not been disappointed. Brian responds to all emails promptly and with a clear answer.

Bell properties manages a property where I had trouble collecting rents and the tenants paying their monthly bills. After Bell properties took over, Brian has been great at sorting all of this out and explaining the process.

Managing a property can be a headache, and their many management companies out there but I’m happy I went with Bell Properties.
