I have been working closely with the Bay Property Management South County Office, and have received outstanding customer service every time. They have exceeded my expectations and execute every request in a timely manner. I am impressed with the staff because they are passionate about what they do. I will continue to work closely with Bay Property Management because they go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Property Management is a difficult job that some people cant understand. It takes an uncommon set of skills and experience to do it. Tenants that make reviews on yelp, google, yahoo are tenants that are either given notice to vacate, evicted, or upset that they left the property in such bad condition and had there deposit kept for those repairs. Not only does Bay Property Mgmt manage properties but as well home in HOA's and when Home Owners dont pay there hoa's fees for over 3 yrs and get upset when they are charged a fine after notifying them over, and over, that they can make payments or schedule a payment plan and fail to do so then I think those home owners are asking for Bay Property to continue to ignore there past due's. (board member 15 years plus)

I would like to remind all those who like to post reviews on the web that not only do you have to remember that the employees that work for the company are just that EMPLOYEES and are following directions but as well trying to there JOB. Employees at a property management are only implementing those policies that you singed up for and knowingly singed and agreed to.

I have worked closely with the south county office. After trying to rent my home directly to tenants. I had such bad experiences with tenants over the period of 10 years and now that the south county office is handling our properties we are so much HAPPIER. We are getting our rent's on time, properties look great, and no more multi families moving in our homes. I couldn't be happier with the detailed work they are providing me.

Very unsatisfied with Bay Property management. Extremely unprofessional and not able to explain why they use a scoring system and then not tell the customer what score they were given per category to make sure there information was processed correctly. Amanda the office manager was extremely rude, speaks over you while your trying to talk. Learn customer service skills along with correct explanations of a system that your company uses that apparently you have no idea of how it works.

Employees at South County office don’t have ANY customer service skills. They are Rude and very unprofessional. When turning home back, If you don’t put things in writing and take pictures as proof, they will keep your deposit and some. Go rent from another property Management, this Company is unorganized; that includes Their Salinas office.
Their employees (including the owner- Broker) don’t communicate accordingly and don’t return your refund from deposit on time!! AWFUL customer service OVERALL!!

If i could i would give this company a 0 rating. My advice is stay away from this property management no matter if you are renting your home or a tenant. South County office is awful. Customer service is terrible and are liars. Told us that we did not give them a cleaning receipt when we did. In our case they are in kahoots with the home owner and Credit Consulting Service, which is the company they use when they are trying to collect money. Refused to return our deposit. Claimed we did excessive amount of damage. Did not give us a proper itemized list or receipts. Only out to help the home owner get money to renovate their house. When we went to turn in our keys on March 30, 2018 they closed early and did not notify us of this and so we had to turn in the keys on April 2, 2018. The bill we received from Bay Property Management claimed that we owed for $22,000 in damages. The fabricated construction company, that belongs to the home owners family, was trying to charge for screens, carpet, paint, cleaning, doors that were replaced. When the 3 entities decided to sue us they said we owed $12,000. No way possible. Found out the property had been vandalized multiple times after we turned in the keys. Both Gail and her daughter, Laura are liars. Could only produce our first lease, when we were on atleast 2 leases and a month to month with them and the owner. Be Aware. Do not do business with Bay Property Management and if the owner of the property you plan on renting from name is Ayeen Forouzandeh stay away from it. Do yourself a favor by staying away from Bay Property Management, Credit Consulting Service, and Ayeen Forouzandeh. More of a headache than is needed.

It is nice to come on the reviews and see how the bad ones are either current or past tenants that have issues. If they are current tenants its nice to know that Bay Property can pass this information on to the owner since it is public information and they can see what difficulties Bay property has with those types of tenants.

People only come on here when they dont get there way and want to vent and DO NOT tell the whole story.
