Antoinette is one of the top business brokers in the area. I’ve interviewed many brokers and decided on working with her. She is professional, very attentive to her clients, also result driven! She brought in at least 5-6 potential buyers in one week. They are solid buyers. I decided not to sell my business but I would only work with her if I change my mind.

Antoinette helped me sell my business, but unfortunately I can't give the whole 5 stars. The business took about 2 years to sell, but that's not the reason. I'm writing this review almost 2 years later and not any sooner so you know emotion is not bearing.

She worked hard at the beginning with my listing, but eventually tapered off as it really started to seem like she was working more for the buyer than myself. I was also able to see some inexperience with my type of automotive business, however I knew we could work through that.

In the end I feel my rights as a seller were not protected in the matter of: discounts on equipment (after the contract offers were signed), Any miscommunications or objections by the buyer (were one sided to help the buyer), loss of use of the property as the buyer started move- in and perform building construction a week before escrow close (I consistently objected to this, but she would not help with stopping construction and disruptions of my business space by the buyer, Prior to the close of escrow! ), Not helping with move-out issues when the buyer didn't want large equipment and fixtures originally in the deal (creating an extremely big last minute burden on me), And just not making me feel like I received a favorable deal and outcome in the end.

Unfortunately I could not give more stars due to how everything went. I don't feel she negotiated well, but rather 100% worked for the buyer in the end. Gave the buyer what they wanted. I understand an old listing can cause frustrations, but compromising the commitment for your client to make the sale happen is just not right... I believe a seller's agent should be working towards the most favorable outcome for their client, with their clients needs and protections paramount!
