Awesome customer service provided by Roxi, she was very professional. After visiting several major banks and attempting to open a Trust Account with the staff not knowing how to process legal paperwork. (Several appointments in one day) I came to BofA and the staff at this branch was more than willing to help guide me. On the same visit, I also met with Alan, he went above and beyond and explained everything throughly. I was having a stressful day dealing with incompetent bankers all day, but Alan made me feel at ease he was knowledgeable and had great customer service. Thank you, Alan and Roxi, you guys make an AWESOME TEAM!!!

Consistency slow, understaffed, absolutely no sense of urgency and zero personality or customer service.

Just walk in and expect all the employees to stare at you with a blank stare. No hi how are you… please have a seat, what can we help you with. Not one said thanks for coming in have a good day….

3-15 people in line… we don’t care. We’re only going to keep 2 tellers…

Just a bunch of mindless employees. Hire based on skill… not baseless qualifications…

The branch is the worst ever to bank at. I always try go to a branch by work if possible. It's not necessarily better but less people usually are there at any given time so its reasonable. This branch puts minimal tellers at peak times and wait times are horrendous. The Dmv has better wait times. For being a multimillion corporation I would think it could spare hire an employee or two, but alas we are only the small change here. Anyways the 1 star is for their employees, they are only the bright spot in this disaster. I am actively looking for another bank.

I attempted to make an appt 3 different days. I was able to schedule on my fourth try. Upon my arrival they were not prepared to meet me at my scheduled time. I'm on a time schedule this is my lunch half hour. I've never had SO MANY issues with and other bank before.

This branch is way too understaffed during Saturday for the tellers and new account representatives. The wait time is crazy. I see tellers are working nonstop and they look tired and hopeless. I feel sorry for them. However, 5 STARS to the associates. They were friendly and helpful.

I've been a customer for 20+ years and no more! I beg you to pick another bank. Their platform is amazing but the customer service on the phone, in chat bots, or face to face is the worst. This branch specifically needs to be reviewed. 99.99% of my visits always turn out to be a bad experience.

Closes an hour earlier than other Bank of America's nearby, service worse than other Bank of America's nearby. My contractor tries to cash a check that has both me and his company name on it. One time my contractor can just deposit the check without any questions asked. One time I had to come with the contractor signing a signature card, so I won't have to come in with my contractor again in the future. Today they wanted me to come in with the contractor AGAIN to deposit the check. We asked how come each time the policy is different? They can't give us an answer, they blamed whoever handled our previous transactions did it incorrectly. If that's the case, then all the employees need to be trained all over again to keep the rules consistent.
